Service location

Arctic Works Garage services are performed exclusively at our premises at:

Sat Mera, Com. Baciu, Nr. 328A, Jud. Cluj

Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Our services are physical in nature (vehicle cleaning, repairs) and do not involve delivery of physical products by courier. The customer brings the vehicle to our premises and collects it after the work is completed.

Execution time

Indicative execution times are:

Standard dry ice blasting: 2-4 hours

Cleaning + anti-corrosion treatment: 3-5 hours

Detailed cleaning (engine, full underbody): 4-8 hours

Electrical repairs: variable, estimated at inspection

The exact completion time is communicated at vehicle reception, after assessing its condition. If the deadline is extended, the customer will be notified by phone.

Vehicle handover

On drop-off:

• Vehicle condition is documented with photographs
• The work and estimated price are agreed
• The customer receives a reception confirmation

On collection:

• The work performed is presented
• The vehicle is inspected together with the customer
• Payment is made and invoice issued
• The vehicle is released

Online payment:

For online payments via NETOPIA Payments, the service is considered delivered when the work is completed and the customer is notified. The work estimate and invoice are sent electronically.
