1. General information

These terms and conditions govern the use of the articworks.ro website and the services offered by ARCTIC WORKS GARAGE S.R.L., registered at Sat Mera, Com. Baciu, Nr. 328A, Jud. Cluj, Romania, CIF: RO52056853, Reg. Com.: J2025046573008.

By accessing the website or using our services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services offered

Arctic Works Garage offers the following services:

• Dry ice blasting for vehicles and equipment
• Anti-corrosion treatment
• Auto and electrical repair services
• Inspections and technical reports

Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the vehicle condition, degree of soiling, and complexity of the work. The final price will be communicated after the inspection.

The transaction currency is

Romanian Leu (RON)

3. Payments and invoicing

We accept the following payment methods:

• Online card payment (via NETOPIA Payments - Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank transfer
• Cash on site

Online payments are processed securely via NETOPIA Payments. We do not store card data on our servers. Transactions are protected by SSL encryption and 3D Secure protocols.

The fiscal invoice is issued within a maximum of 5 business days from receipt of payment and is sent by email or handed over on site.

The vehicle will not be released to the customer until full payment for the services rendered has been received.

4. Responsibilities and limitations

Pre-existing damage:

Arctic Works Garage SRL is not responsible for damage the vehicle had before the service was performed. The vehicle condition is documented with photos and video at reception.

Personal belongings:

We are not responsible for theft of personal items left in the vehicle. We recommend removing valuables before handing over the vehicle.

Video monitoring:

The entire premises are monitored by CCTV 24/7 for the safety of vehicles and equipment.

Guarantee:

We guarantee the quality of the services performed. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of the work being completed.

5. Shoot to Social application

Arctic Works Garage SRL uses the Shoot to Social application to publish media content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

By using Shoot to Social, you accept the following:

• Content published through the application complies with the terms of each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Access tokens are stored in encrypted form and used solely for publication
• You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting accounts from the application
• Arctic Works is not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies

6. Intellectual property

The website content (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Arctic Works Garage SRL and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

7. Disputes

Any dispute will be resolved amicably. If resolution is not reached, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
