This page documents how end users can request deletion of their personal data processed by Arctic Works Garage SRL (CIF RO52056853) and the "Shoot to Social" Meta application (App ID 929927803271670) used to publish content to our Facebook Page and Instagram account. Send deletion requests to contact@articworks.ro with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.

Data collected via Shoot to Social

The "Shoot to Social" application (Meta App ID: 929927803271670) is used internally by the Arctic Works Garage SRL team to publish content on our official pages:

Facebook: Arctic Works Garage

Instagram: @arcticworksro

The application does not collect data about Facebook or Instagram visitors. The only data processed is:

Access tokens for our official pages (encrypted AES-256-GCM)
Photos and videos uploaded by our team for publication
Captions and descriptions generated by our team (including with AI tools)
Identifiers of published posts, to allow subsequent deletion

If you appear in a published photo without your consent, use the "Report" button directly on the post or contact us at the details above to have it removed promptly.

Frequently asked questions

What data about me can you delete?

We can delete any personal data you have provided: name, phone, email, vehicle details, booking history, photos uploaded of your vehicle, and any mention published on our Facebook and Instagram pages with your consent.

How long does deletion take?

We respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receiving the request, in accordance with GDPR Art. 12. In most cases deletion is completed within 7 working days.

Is there data you cannot delete?

Data required to fulfil a legal obligation (invoices, vehicle warranties for the legally required period, accounting records) is retained in accordance with statutory deadlines. We will explicitly tell you what cannot be deleted and why.

Can I delete only the Facebook/Instagram posts?

Yes. You may request selective deletion only of posts published through our "Shoot to Social" application on the Arctic Works Garage Facebook and Instagram pages, without deleting your account or other data.
