Bookings with a deposit (online booking)

An online booking is confirmed by paying a deposit:

Withdrawal within 14 days of booking (legal right of withdrawal): The deposit is refunded in full.

After that, cancellation at least 7 days before drop-off: The deposit is refunded or moved to another week, your choice.

Cancellation less than 7 days before drop-off: The deposit is kept, because the slot can no longer be filled (2 cars per week).

Rescheduling: One free reschedule if you call at least 48 hours before drop-off, on 0770 794 523.

If you come: The deposit is deducted from the cost of the work.

Appointments without a deposit (inspection)

An appointment without a deposit (for example the inspection) can be cancelled or rescheduled as follows:

At least 24 hours in advance: Free cancellation, no additional charges.

Less than 24 hours in advance: A booking fee of 50 RON may be charged to cover organisation costs.

No-show: A booking fee of 50 RON may be charged.

Cancellation during service

If you wish to cancel the service after it has started:

• Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced on a pro-rata basis
• No additional penalties are charged
• The vehicle is returned in the state it is in at the time of cancellation

Refund policy

For online payments via NETOPIA Payments:

Online payment cancelled before service delivery: Full refund within 14 business days to the same card, except for the booking deposit (see above).

Partially rendered service: Pro-rata refund for the difference between the amount paid and the value of work completed.

Dissatisfaction with quality: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service, contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and, as appropriate, redo the work or offer a partial or full refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the request being approved. The amount will be returned via the same payment method used at purchase.

Right of withdrawal

Under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014) you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of contracting the service, without giving a reason, and that right covers the deposit: if you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund it in full. Exception: if the service was fully performed, with your explicit consent, before the withdrawal period expired, the right of withdrawal is lost.
