For independent car repair shops
Your customer sees everything on their phone. You stop answering "is the car ready?"
We built this software for our own workshops in Cluj, Arctic Works and Electric Works. We have used it every day since April 2026. Now we are looking for 2-3 repair shops to try it.

What it does
Online job card for the customer
The customer gets a link. They see the mileage, the fuel level, the photos from drop-off, the quote and the warranty. No app to install.
Photos sent automatically
The mechanic takes photos with a phone. The customer gets a WhatsApp message with a link to the photos, so you do not have to call them.
Quote signed on the phone
The customer signs with a finger on the screen. The accepted terms and the time of the signature stay on the job card, so there is no more "I never approved that".
New rounds of work
Found something extra? Add a new round. The customer gets it on WhatsApp and signs it separately.
Appointments and reminders
A calendar for the workshop. The customer confirms or cancels from the link on their own and gets a reminder before the appointment.
Warranty and reviews
The warranty shows on the job card. The warranty check schedules itself, and after the job the customer is asked to leave a Google review.
Quick job card from the phone
The mechanic opens a job card from a Telegram message, with the car number and photos, straight from the workshop floor.
Payments and parts
Payments attached to the job card, parts paid in advance on the signed round, card payment through a link.

Ask the workshop straight from the terminal
Besides the everyday screens, we also use an assistant in the terminal. You type an ordinary question and it works with the real data of the workshop: job cards, cars, appointments, photos. It reads and answers. What gets sent to customers stays your decision.
- Which job cards are waiting for parts right now? It finds the job cards marked "on hold" with parts as the reason, and shows how long they have been waiting.
- What photos do we have for the car with this plate number? It looks up the photos by licence plate or by make and model.
- How many hours were worked on this job card and what has been done already? It adds up the hours logged on the job card and the jobs ticked off, so you get the report without counting by hand.
- Write me a reply for the customer of car X. It reads the job card and the history of the car and prepares the text. You read it, correct it and send it yourselves.
The pilot
- Three months free. We set up everything: logo, prices, terms, your WhatsApp Business number.
- In return we ask for your honest opinion: a short talk every week about what works and what is missing.
- If you like it, we agree on a monthly price together. If not, we stop and you owe nothing.
